2006 Myclofig Nominations!

I've thought about it, and decided that I am going to hold the Myclofigs again.

This year, like another event I'll report on later in the week, the Oscar nominations snuck up on me and I almost missed it. Last year, we had time to come up with our own list of nominations, based on movies people had actually seen. I've seen a lot of movies in 2006, literally hundreds, but only six* of the new releases I watched made the list below. There are quite a few movies on the list this year that I want to see, but I won't be able to before tomorrow. I'm still catching up on last year's nominees actually, and even now Munich is spinning in my computer's DVD drive.

Nevertheless, I intend to press onward, and treat the Myclofigs as predictions this year. I may not have seen a lot of these movies, but with the thousand-plus I have watched, I'm confident that I can make an educated guess at the very least. So, tomorrow morning you should all awake to find my predictions posted, and by tomorrow evening we'll see how close I came.

Some bloggers have already posted predictions. Feel free to join in the fun and make your own guesses from the list below:
