PBW: Statuesque




On my way to Heckscher Park last week, I stopped in Oyster Bay to get the above shots of Teddy Roosevelt. With statues still on my mind, possibly from a weekend of watching ”Gargoyles”, the next day I set out for Eisenhower Park. Some of the photos I took will be shared next week, but for tonight’s Photo Blog Wednesday, here are sculptures from the park's war memorial:

Once again, those are fantastic pictures, MCF. How many megapixels does your camera have?

3.5 megapixels, 2X digital zoom cheapo-o polaroid. I reduce the images for the blog, so they seem sharper.

I'm considering several higher end models this year, including a Canon with like 12X optical zoom and 5 megapixels. Then we'll see some pictures. :)
