Those butterfly shots are excellent! I also really like the female cardinal and that angled beach shot.
Love the nature shots MCF. Especially the one that was a dragonfly or maybe a wasp?
That's some kind of mudwasp, about the size of one of my fingers. We had a few of them last Summer around this time burrowing holes in our lawn. So far we've only had this one, who seems to keep landing on that same leaf and guarding it, occasionally leaving to chase a dragonfly or other insects that get too close, as well as me when I tried mowing the lawn near it. The thing is so heavy that every time it landed the leaf was bouncing, so this was the clearest shot I could get. I may try for some more, from a safe enough distance that the thing sits still.
