Phantasmic Links 2.4.08

Hey, was there some kind of big sporting event or something this weekend? I'm not a sports fan but I love New York. Anyway, here are this week's PHANTASMIC LINKS:

(1) Keep clicking Myclofigia until our city becomes #1!

(2) The physics of this new Star Wars® game might make it one of the best ever. It's crazy what game developers are capable of now.

(3) Google™Earth reveals some strange and awesome sights you couldn't see from anywhere else.
Hat Tip: Darrell.

(4) Bionic Arm becomes reality. I love stuff that confirms the future is now.

(5) Swimming in Champaign is no more, alas. Now I'll have to find funny lists like ill-conceived action figures on my own.

(6) 45 Things You Can Learn Online For Free, gathered on one page so I don't have to look for them. Nice!
H.T.: Darrell.

(7) One Man Band lets you try your hand at mixing various bits of rhythm and melody, putting it all on one guy.

(8) Sarah Silverman breaks some interesting news to Jimmy Kimmel through song. It's good to be Matt Damon.
H.T.: Diana Prince.

(9) B13's WIIF reaches 50! Time flies when you're guessing what he's zoomed in on.

(10) Shift takes a key on your keyboard literally to turn the traditional platform game model inside out. Awesome.

(11) In the aptly-named Multiball Madness, take a new spin on the old block breaking game model as the blocks descend.

(12) In White Dwarf, you collect green circles and get them to blue circles while avoiding red circles. Circle-licious!

Have a link to a game, movie, article, or anything else you think might be “phantasmic”? E-mail me and it just might appear in an upcoming PHANTASMIC LINKS!
