MCF's 2008 Movie Calendar
So much of my life is governed by a calendar, from meeting requests I accept weeks in advance at work to the little pocket calendar I carry around to keep all my band dates straight. I'm already starting to run into conflicts and double-bookings, and some band leaders are less than enthused when new gigs pop up that I can't make because I'm already booked. I like my day job and I enjoy my weekend job, but it'd still be nice to put things in my calendar that aren't related to work. To that end, I'm going to look at this weekend and beyond, and see what my geek movie schedule is like for 2008:

love your 2008 film list...no where am i prepared to put together a 2008 list for myself...i've barely begun thinking 2008 and it's a third over...
now that's scary!

I rarely go to the theater anymore, preferring to wait for DVD -- no screaming brats, rude adults, or unpleasant odors in my living room -- but I'm planning to catch Iron Man on Friday.
I will probably do Indy, Dark Knight, and Bond on the big screen too, if the Iron Man experience goes well.
Isn't the new Star Trek film coming in December?
May 8, 2009. I think the writer's strike had something to do with it getting pushed back. I also read conflicting reports about whether or not Punisher War Zone was coming out this year or next year, but either way I didn't have interest in it so I didn't list it. Wolverine and G.I. Joe are also 2009 movies, so that list is already forming in my head..
Oh, and B13, I GO where I WANNA go.
(You know, as long as I call and let my folks know if I'm gonna be late. ;))
Uh yeah you forgot one all-important one!! Star Wars: The Clone Wars on August 15!!
I thought that was a new series? I was just listing movies, mostly theatrical with the one DVD exception for Gotham Knight.
